Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA)
Eligibility includes women, children, persons with disabilities, SC/ST communities, victims of trafficking, and individuals with an annual income below the prescribed limit.

National Legal Services Authority (NALSA)
NALSA is the central government body responsible for providing free legal services to eligible citizens across India. It also organises Lok Adalats — a form of alternative dispute resolution where matters are settled out of court with the consent of both parties, at no cost.
Eligibility includes women, children, persons with disabilities, members of SC/ST communities, victims of trafficking, persons in custody, and individuals with an annual income below the prescribed threshold.

Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA)
DSLSA is the Delhi-specific authority operating under NALSA. It provides free legal aid for matters before the Delhi High Court and all District Courts in Delhi. Eligible individuals can apply for a panel advocate to be assigned to their case at no charge.
DSLSA also operates front desk legal aid clinics at Tis Hazari, Saket, Rohini, Dwarka, and Karkardooma District Courts.
